Janet Jeffords Parr and Brad Parr, owners of No Worries Catering Company have sold their upscale Misto-Bistro, Inc. location which they opened and operated in Carrollton from March 28, 2011 until September 13, 2014. "We are no longer affiliated with the Misto-Bistro restaurant. The new owner committed to continue to operate with a similar menu and format that we started with " stated Executive Chef Janet Jeffords Parr. According to Chef Janet "we worked very hard to build the bistro into a successful business and felt that after almost four years that we needed to refocus our efforts on our very successful No Worries Catering Company."

"We enjoyed owning and operating the bistro. Our shrimp and grits with Pontchartrain sauce won Top Ten Dish in DFW in 2011, followed up with three years (2011, 2013, 2014) of winning Dallas A-List "Best New American " restaurant in DFW. We also opened our newest concept in late January, Po Boys Cajun Food to Geaux in North Carrollton which has been very successful. For this reason we decided to sell Misto Bistro and get back to the No Worries Catering business and continuing to build the Po Boys brand. We are focusing on partnering with more venues, and growing our Monday through Friday corporate lunch business. We are continuing to offer a wide variety of menu choices at a reasonable price point" stated Chef Brad Parr. No Worries Catering has continued to provide full service catering, corporate lunch services, casual tailgate parties, from on site hog roasting events to upscale and formal wedding receptions and cocktail parties. "We will continue to offer wine pairing dinner parties, New Years Eve events, and take away Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday meals. Our specialty has always been to offer freshly prepared foods with a diverse menu selection including Italian, French, Greek, Caribbean and Mexico. Every event can be totally different. I had a client comment to me a few years ago that he had been to two holiday parties, a wedding reception and an engagement party all within six weeks and none of the menus were the same" emphasized Chef Janet. The Po Boys Cajun Food to Geaux is located in the front of the No Worries Catering, and has limited dine in seating but offers take away and delivery through a third party company. Both websites now feature a convenient lunch menu selection for your smaller office lunch gatherings. Full custom catering for 25 guests up 500 is also available.

Po Boys Cajun Food to Geaux
Carrollton, TX- Thursday February 6, 2014
- Po Boys Cajun Food to Geaux opened Tuesday January 28th in North Carrollton to excellent reviews. The bread is baked fresh locally, the gumbo, red beans and rice and jambalaya are all made from authentic recipes. The beef is braised low and slow for the Po Boy roast beef and debris gravy sandwich. Executive Chef Janet Jeffords Parr explains that " we really wanted to find a way to do a takeout food service that would work in the North Carrollton area. We already had our No Worries Catering kitchen located nearby, and felt that the Cajun concept would be perfect. We tried many of the menu items at our Misto Bistro location prior to opening and felt that this was the best menu for our new location. The catering operation is still in the same spot, with the new updated Po Boys store front. We offer catering out of all three businesses."

" We feature fourteen different Po Boys, including a vegetarian option and two "skinny" options. The Natchitoches (Nack-a-tish) meat pies are fantastic as a starter, and the pecan praline bread pudding or the beignets are a great dessert. We are very pleased with the initial reaction that we have received from the community" stated Chef Brad Parr. The Muffaletta sandwich is huge and is great for sharing, along with some amazing gumbo. Chef Janet explained that "we wanted to do the Cajun essentials, like red beans and rice, jambalaya, gumbo, but also offer a couple of lighter salads and sandwiches and kids meal choices. We have limited seating inside, and we will add a few seats outside in nicer weather."

Po Boys will be offering local delivery service through a third party, which will be linked from the website. Chef Janet exclaimed that "we are really excited about the enthusiasm people are showing for this new dining concept. We were surprised how many people that live in this area attended LSU, or previously had lived in Louisiana. There is definitely a demand. We offer call ahead orders for faster service, and for large catering orders we prefer a few days notice to make sure we have everything available."
